• Lower Level has 2 large bedrooms with TV, telephone and internet hookups. #1 bedroom is 14' x 18', #2 bedroom 14' x 19'. These rooms are ideal for additional family or personal guests.
   
 
• Off the main floor kitchen is the laundry room with front load, energy efficient washer and dryer and a half-bathroom for owner's use.
   
 
• The property is 120' long and 65' wide and includes a two-car garage which supports a 27' x 23' loft for long-term or monthly rentals.
   
 
• Low flow shower heads and low flow toilets have recently been installed.
   
 
• The Changing Seasons hosts annual bookings with numerous retreat groups such as scrap bookers, quilters, singing groups and in the Fall season, US hunters.
   
 
• Living in a small town atmosphere is great. The people are warm and friendly and are very supportive of local business.
   
 
• Nanton is an easy 40-minute commute to south Calgary
